I really need to aquire info on my great grandmother on my fathers side. My great grandma Awas known as her maiden name MINNIE VANMETTER" which was also spelled van meter, vanmetre, vanmeter, or van maitre.
When she married my fathers dad who was JOHN PAQUETTE she became Minnie Paquette. They were married in Augusta Township, Wayne Michigan. 1900. I HAVE ALSO SEEN HER NAME AS SPINNER DUE TO THE SAME BIRTHDAY AND OF MY FATHERS ONLY MEMORY OF THAT NAME. SO IS THE SSI WRONG ON MY GRANDPA HAROLDS APPLICATION FOR A SSI NUMBER BACK IN 1936 or is it the recording keepings fault. please help me. thanks, MARGARET PAQUETTE.
