the late mr audas
on monday, the remains of mr james audas, of lower reed street, west hartlepool, were interred in west hartlepool cemetery. in the early part of last week he had an apoplectic fit, to which he succumbed on friday night. deceased, who was 70 years of age, came to west hartlepool about 40 years ago, where he started as a plumber. some 15 years ago he gave up the business and started baths, which he carried on until the time of his death. he leaves a son and daughter, both of whom are upgrown, to mourn his loss. he was a member of the stranton new connexion methodist chapel.....
